Senior Thesis

A series of paintings created throughout my final year of art school

My senior year at the University of Michigan, School of Art & Design was spent exploring a world of illustration and design created by hand. After 2 years of training in drawing, painting, scultpure, and conceptual work, and a year of in depth study of trational graphic design I found a place to fuse my education with my own personality and illustrations. Elements of all these things can be seen throughout the series. The final presentation of the work consisted of a gallery show and a 1 hour presentation to faculty.
